As CEO of the Colorado Faith Alliance, she fosters collaboration between faith-based organizations, businesses, and nonprofits to drive meaningful impact. A certified personal trainer and life coach with over 30 certifications, Abby integrates personal development and wellness into her leadership approach. She has successfully led teams of over 50, excelling in training and mentorship. Her work with the Native American Resource Network has helped address systemic poverty, while her involvement with Promise Keepers' youth department and Peter Wagner Ministries reflects her commitment to national outreach. Beyond ministry, Abby is an advocate for women in leadership and civic engagement, actively contributing to the Douglas County Women’s Republican Party and the Christian Businesswoman Association of Douglas County. She has also developed programs for children at Highlands Ranch, equipping young leaders with confidence and life skills. With a passion for community building, trauma healing, and mentorship, Abby continues to inspire and lead, creating lasting change wherever she serves.

As the Cofounder of the Colorado Faith Alliance, she is committed to the fight against human trafficking, working tirelessly to provide resources, training, and support to communities across Colorado. Through education and advocacy, she is helping to build a network of informed individuals and leaders who can recognize and respond effectively to human trafficking situations. Beyond her nonprofit work, Randi has built an exceptional career in the Medical Device Industry, where she has held Vice President and Director-level roles, working alongside heart surgeons and cardiologists to introduce groundbreaking medical technologies. Her expertise in negotiating high-value, multi million dollar contracts with hospitals and healthcare systems has contributed to the success of multi-billion-dollar organizations. Recognized for her leadership and innovation, Randi has received numerous accolades, including being named Woman of the Year (2013/2014) by the National Association of Professional Women. Her passion for service extends beyond her professional achievements. She is deeply involved in charitable work, donating time and resources to nonprofit organizations and serving on committees such as the Denver Rescue Mission for the Wildlife Experience. Tyler Weaver Sr. has been involved in martial arts since 1984. He was the 1989 Martial Arts World Heavy Weight Champion and has won numerous national and international martial arts titles. In 1989 he opened his first of five martial arts studios. He has trained hundreds of students, including many who went on to earn World Championship titles. He is dedicated to empowering people to grow and become the best versions of themselves. He meets each of his students where they are; encouraging and facilitating lifelong skills such as self-discipline, mental sharpness, physical conditioning and spiritual awareness.
