The Power of Art® is Coming to Colorado

The Power of Art is a creative healing and awareness program that uses artistic expression to educate, empower, and inspire action in the fight against child trafficking.

Through workshops, presentations, and community events, participants—especially youth—learn how to process difficult truths, recognize red flags, and use art as a voice for change.

Now, this powerful program is coming to Colorado and we need volunteers to make it happen.

Whether you’re an artist, teacher, parent, or simply passionate about protecting children, your time and talents can help launch the Power of Art in schools, churches, and community spaces across the state.

About The Power of Art

Lynne Barletta—artist, educator, and founder of the Visionary School of Arts (VSOA) and Florida Faith Allianceis the heart behind the Power of Art® Curriculum, a transformative program that uses art to educate, heal, and empower youth.

Lynne’s nine-week course teaches students to draw with the right side of the brain while exploring animals, faces, abstracts, and more—paired with life principles and positive affirmations.

Students learn fine art techniques alongside mental health and leadership skills in an age-appropriate, hope-filled environment. Topics include overcoming fear, recognizing real love, and protecting oneself from predators.  Age appropriate protection is included, helping students recognize and guard against potential predators in a safe, empowering way.

The Visionary School of Art Gallery

Since 2010, students of VSOA have earned over 600 local, national, and international awards for excellence in fine art and leadership. This success is rooted in Lynne’s unique approach: combining artistic skill-building with deep personal growth and character development.
